HR Solutions Plus was founded from a genuine belief that every organisation should have access to strong HR support irrespective of size. Working collaboratively with you to provide a bespoke solution to meet your company’s needs whilst keeping you legally compliant and therefore mitigating risk of litigation.
With over 25 years experience across all HR disciplines, we are able to assist you to effectively manage every aspect of the employment lifecycle. Starting at the organisational design and development phase, through the recruitment process, during the employee’s tenure and ending after they leave the company.
Founded by Beth Henson, a CIPD Member with over 25 years HR experience at
both operational and Board level across a number of sectors including Hospitality, Events & Venues, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Care and Not For Profit.
She has a genuine passion for the practise together with an interest in the laws underpinning the discipline - having decided to study for a Masters in Employment Law ‘for fun’.
Beth has the ability to provide solutions driven advice in a clear and pragmatic
manner, highlighting the risk profiles linked to the routes available.
